We collect only what we need in order to sell, deliver and support what we offer:
We do not collect health data, financial data beyond the transaction record, or data from minors. We never sell personal data to anyone, under any circumstance.
Only with the vendors that make the operation run, and only with what each one needs:
We share your data with no one else, except where legally required.
We use first- and third-party cookies, including the Meta pixel and web analytics tools, to understand which content works and to measure our campaigns. You can block them in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
We operate an application registered on the Meta platform, named ORIGEN LBDP, which we use on our own ad accounts and on client accounts that have explicitly granted us access.
That application calls the Meta Marketing API for two distinct purposes, each with its own credential and its own permission level:
That dashboard stores in a private database, accessible only by the company owner and never from a visitor’s browser, the aggregate metrics it retrieves from the API, so as not to repeat queries. Specifically it stores: metrics by product, campaign, ad set and ad; the names and identifiers of those advertising objects; and, from our store, paid orders with their number, date, amount and which ad originated the sale.
It does not store personal data of buyers — no names, no emails, no phone numbers, no addresses. That information is never requested from the store.
In neither case does the application access personal data of Facebook or Instagram users. It works on advertising objects (campaigns, ads, creatives) and on aggregate performance data.
Access credentials are stored encrypted in the operating system keychain, never in plain-text files or code repositories. Each credential holds the minimum permission required for its function. Any client can revoke our access to their ad account at any time from their own Meta business settings, with no action required from us.
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, port, or object to the use of your data. Write to hola@agenciavolt.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Send an email to hola@agenciavolt.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from the same address you purchased with. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm it to you in writing.
Two things to keep in mind: deletion cancels your access to any digital products you purchased, and we cannot delete accounting records we are legally required to keep.
The site and the checkout are encrypted. Access to data is restricted to those who need it to do their work. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you.
If we update it, we change the date at the top. Changes do not apply retroactively to data already processed under the previous version.
